Ziegler Tire

I bought my tires from another Zigler tire location. The Akron location, I've been to now, 2 days in a row has been extremely busy. The first day I couldn't find a parking location. The second day not as busy. I enter the waiting room and ask if I could get a tire rotation. I'm not greeted, instead I'm told "we're extremely busy" and asked if "I'm dropping off or waiting?" I say "I'll wait" and "its going to be an hour or longer." A process that takes at best 10 to 15min. If I had known it was going to be this complicated to get a tire rotation I would not have purchased tires from here. I was told "first come, first served." I know my review will not change anything but this is unacceptable. I paid for extra warranties. If they had a charge for priority service I would have paid for that too. Consumer beware, post purchase you are just as important as anyone else walking through the door. Nothing more.

Scheduled a fleet vehicle to get work done two weeks in a row and they failed to get the truck done both times. Didn’t even order any parts or anything. Didn’t even look at the truck. Scheduled for morning, called at 2:30 pm hadn’t even looked at it. If I could give zero stars I would. Nobody’s cares in this place…unfortunate.

Ziegler Tire is where you need to go for all your automotive needs, they go above and beyond to get you back on the road and their prices are very reasonably, they also have quality tires at an affordable price. I'm the hubber that brings the rubber.

Hoss is a stand up citizen. My husband and I were driving home on the highway and one of my tires blew. We were sitting on the side waiting for a tow to come when Hoss pulled up behind us and helped us with no questions asked. Got our spare down, put air in it, put it on my car. We didn’t even need the tow, he made sure we were able to get where we needed to go. He told us to pay it forward if given the chance. If one employee asks like this, the company must be just as nice. Thank you so so much, Hoss!!

I guess once a business gets so big and does so much volume with bigger companies, the small guy’s business isn’t important. I called in 2 days ago to purchase tires for my race trailer at the store on wolf ledges and my only ask was there a way to make sure that the tires were dated no later than mid 2025, I was immediately told that what ever I order or take from out of inventory is what I get and that they can’t guarantee a certain date. I called a smaller tire shop over in Tallmadge, ask the owner the same thing as far as dates and was told No problem I can get you the tires with dates Mid 2025 or newer. They had my tires the next day and they’re now on my trailer. As a business owner myself everyone’s business is important, but I guess when you’re so big you can pick in choose !
